Not exporting whole video file even i don't have any missing file

When I try to render a 2:45:20-long project 
it takes 12 hrs time to render fine ( Green Line)
but when I export it to H.264 (1080p HD) format 
it does not completely export the video, partially ok sometime between 00:26:20 ok and sometime 2:34:42 ok but did not wholly export the clip properly even though I try it export on Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder too 

on completion, the encoder also shows a green tick with a yellow exclamation mark
with msg (encoding completed with warnings)
