not responding from the beggning

Hi everyone, I'm new in premier and when i want to open the premier and even creat the new project, after entering the editing mode it starts not responding and it takes time to even click the window bottopn from the top let alon the editing. could you please help me with it?

I had the newest version of the Premier 26.3 and I just installed the older version of it and 25.6 and it works properly now. The problem was with the latest version i had.
