Question

Not responding message is constantly stopping me, even when choosing "help". I deleated the app and reinstalled. I cleared chash. I'd like to get remote help, but I can't find a link to do it.

I’ve been getting a smooth workflow for a year now. 

I’m on Win 11. 

I have a high-end gaming laptop.

I have updated my NVIDIA driver.

    And ... are you using the Nvidia gaming driver, or the Studio driver?

     

    Premiere and other video editing apps need the Studio driver for most things.

    Everyone's mileage always varies ...

    We’re sorry to hear about this. We would need more details to properly diagnose the issue. Please let us know the system specs (CPU, GPU & RAM). Is it crashing or becoming unresponsive while doing anything specific, or is it random? Have you installed any third party plugins or panels? We’re here to help, just need more info.
