Nudge shortcut is closing gaps.

Not sure if anyone else has had this but I've been seeing this glitch show up where is I have a small gap in between clips and I try to slide them with the "slide clip selection right one frame" shortcut it will close that gap. If I fill that gap with something like a black video it's fine. Pretty annoying in the few cases where I want a black frame in between cuts. Especially if it happens way down the timeline and I don't catch it. Video attached below with an example.
