nudging clips in 2024 not working correctly

long time user here

so now that I upgraded to use the new audio features, when i select a bunch of clips they don't nudge. i have to deselect and then reselect and they work as expected. it's annoying as hell since my muscle memory just does it and then have to redo it and taking too much time. is this a bug or something??

What method or shortcut are you using to nudge clips?

Apple right left arrow

so when it happens is if say I grab the clip and move it somewhere then want to nudge it to more specific spot as it’s highlighted it doesn’t move. if I REHIGHLIGHT it, it nudges as expected. Never seen that before.

I may have seen a thread about this so have a look around, maybe in the Premiere Beta forum.

It's working here on both 24.5 and the 24.6 build60. Win11 23H2
