Nudging text in Titles using keyboard

Just upgraded from CS6 to Creative Cloud and I'm finding that I can no longer nudge text blocks around within Title clips the way that I used to.  In the past, I could select a text box and then use the arrow keys to adjust location of the text box on the screen and I could nudge over larger increments if I held shift+arrow keys.  Now when I attempt this in Creative Cloud, it just moves the playback head on the timeline and takes me out of editing the Title text.

Does anybody know how to shift keyboard focus to the Title edit window so that keyboard nudging of text blocks will once again work?
