Object mask data linked but not working

Question

Hello! I seem to be having trouble with this AI Object Mask tracking data.

I work in office and at home so I switch from a PC to a Macbook depending on the day. When working on my PC and making Mask Tracks, everything works great when I close the project and re open it.

However, when I open the project on my Macbook, the Masks are just no longer there.

Everything is linked, there are still track points, but no mask. I’ve made sure it’s assigned to opacity and everything,

As a trouble shooting step could you reverse this, try creating a mask on your Mac and see if it works as designed on your Windows Machine? Are your apps up to date and your operating system up to date on both machines?
