OBS FLV are not supported by Premiere. How to deal with that?

Hmmm... it must be a good 15 years since I've tried to use FLV as source footage.

If you import your FLV into a FLA you should be able to export it as an MOV or AVI.

In other words, import the FLV into Animate CC (or Flash CC, it's predecessor). Hopefully, it's a linear FLV with no interactive components.

Another trick I've used it to do a screen recording while playing the FLV via Flash Player.
