Offset transition doesnt work after render

Hi!

I tried using whip pan transition in my project, in the preview and render view everything seemed to be just fined, blurred and smoothly transitioning - however after exporting the file animation looks like in the second screenshot, It freezes in the middle of the transition and than the frame just unfreezes at a correct position.
