on the last 4 videos i exported after the update the videos are glitching on exported video

on the last 4 videos i noticed that they glitch at 3 or so minutes for a couple of seconds and the rest of the video is okay is bad for me because i do videos 15 minutes or more and i have to playback them before upload and if the issue it there re - render them why is that happening and why it wasn't before
