One clip from my rushes won't play anywhere on Premiere and just goes to black.

Hey Guys,

So I have recently uploaded rushes from my shoot to premiere. one of the rushes goes to black every time I try and play it. I looked into it and apparently, I need to change the renderer under project settings. but when I go to do that everything is greyed out and I can't change it. 

Every other clip works perfectly from the same shoot. 

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that would be much appreciated.
