Create multiple subtitle tracks in Premiere, and only one subtitle track can be visible at the same time. Turn on a subtitle track to be visible, and automatically turn off the visibility of other subtitle tracks. How to solve this problem?

Yes, this is a limitation of the caption workflow that was new in PR 2021.
