only white video is exporting, render alpha is unchecked.. no clue what else to try!

Hey team,

I am trying to export a short video, all of the settings are correct, I checked the render alpha setting which was also unchecked, and I don't know what else to try. If anyone can help I would appreciate it a ton!

We could use more information like video format that you're outputting. Can you try exporting to a different video format? Also, please make sure that Premiere, your operating system and video/graphic drivers are up to date.

Hi Rob, thanks! I am outputting H.264. I have tried exporting in quicktime as well, an it was the same thing. I don't know how to make sure everything is up to date... but I did just export a video a few days ago and it was all fine!
