Opacity fades are not being exported

Question

I am trying to re-edit a video in Premier Pro. Using keyframes and opacity changes I am fading several video clips out. Everything looks and plays well in the timeline but when I export, the opacity fades just snap to black.

This is happening on my laptop, and on my desktop with completely different project files.

I have tried the following;

Toggle Composite in linear colour.

Have tried using software encoding.

Have tried unchecking Maximum bit depth and maximum render quality.

Have tried rendering before export.

Have tried nesting.

Have tried checking Include Alpha

I am working with Notch LC

If you are fading to an empty track, the codec may be treating the fades as an alpha channel that is not applied during playback.

To confirm, re-import the file into Premiere Pro, go to Clip > Modify > Interpret Footage, and check whether the file contains an alpha channel that can be enabled.

Try fading to Black Video instead of an empty track and see if that resolves the issue.

I think I’vesolved the issue.I’m using Notch LC because it’s the codec we use in our servers. The program I use to initially view the filesis Quicktime7, as it plays NLC, albeit in a lesser quality. However, QT will not show alpha, so when I’ve been viewing my exported files, it looks like the fades aren’t there. It’s only when I tried one in the server that I saw the fades were actually included.Dropping a Black layer underneath everything and unchecking Alpha on the export seems to have everything looking correct in QT now.Sorry for the time wasting, but thank you for all the help.
