Question

Opacity mask keyframe interpolation (CC 2015)

I'm working in 2015 for this project. I put an opacity mask on a color matte and I have to track some previously-made animation. I made a few mask path keyframes, and noticed that any interpolation options (Ease in, ease out, etc.) are greyed out and it's stuck on linear. Any way to activate these options for the mask path?

Thanks,

Greg

I would not expect so for Motion Tracking keyframes, which exist for every single frame.  This is in contrast to other effect keyframes which may have frames between them where you can interpolate differently.

Motion tracking keyframes can be selectively added, just like any other keyframe. As I said, the option appears, but it is greyed out. It's odd that the option appears if it is not available.

I don't believe there is interpolation available for Mask keyframes in Premiere Pro.

If you need it, you can interpolate mask keyframes in After Effects.
