Open Captions Disapear

Hello,
I'm struggeling hard with Captions in Premiere Pro CC (most recent version).

If i leav the Programm my Captions disapear. I have to copy the Captions in the Project folder and bring this copy into the timeline than both Captions are there. If i move the single caption entrys this will have no effect. Also the captions are not allignd as they are set. Most of the Times they are on the far right.

Please help!
