Open Captions not appearing on render

Having some issues with Open Captions in 2017.1.2 v11.0

I'm on iMac 27" late 2015 with AMD Radeon R9, 24Gb

Running Sierra 10.12.6

Captions are visable, then I render and they disappear from timeline although the clips are there, when I open close/open project they are visable but won't export?

Yes I have the right options selected on export.

Anyone else?? Is this a bug?

I think it's a bug too. I deleted my render files and it appears to have helped. Spoke too soon. I exported the media to burn in the caption and then had to stop it. When I got back into premiere the screen shows the default text, "Type Caption Text Here", although the captions are still intact in the caption window.
