open captions premier pro 2020

I have created open captions to my frame size of 1920x1080, for some reason they decide, at random times to rescale the frame size to 720x480, cutting off the text and randomly placing them in the center of the screen. How can I change the frame size and control the captions if they gltich again?

I missed the "rescale" as opposed to the frame actually changing.

Let us know if this continues to work. The frame should not be changing, or scaling, on its own.

you are a ledgend! the issue was not that I couldn't change it, it was for some reason, the captions kept adjusting scale and I couldn't figure out how to reset them.... asked everyone on the team, and now they're like "oh yeh yeh...!" shoot me now lol!

I don't recall hearing this issue. The frame size is set per caption stream, so what you are seeing is that the entire stream changes its size? And all captions change in this way and also appear in the center of the screen? The Caption panel shows the "new" frame size?

Do you have more than one caption stream in the project? Have you duplicated a stream? Are you creating new captions, or importing a stream (e.g. .srt)?

The Frame size should not change, it has been set from the start and is the only caption on the timeline, created in premiere Pro. I need to be able to reset the frame size, is there an option to?
