Open Captions & Saving Styles

In the Create Captionsdialogue, you can only select a caption style that you have in your project. 

If you have any text in your project, you can select it, and go to the Style Browser and import styles from your "local" styles to your project. Or, if you have no text, you can use File -> Import and navigate to text styles if you have previously saved any to  your local styles.

On windows, they are saved at:

C:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\Adobe\Common\Assets\Text Styles

They are saved with extension .prtextstyle.
