Open/Incomplete Header Partition after exporting to mxf op1a

Hey,

any ideas what's causing this problem? I already tried disabling "Use Maximum Render Quality" without any success. I use Premiere Pro CC 2018 and Media Encoder CC 2018.

That's acutally my question. When I export to mxf op1a the final file has an Open/Incomplete Header Partition Status and I have no clue what's going on.

What hardware/software is telling you the file has that issue?
