Opening BOTH premiere pro and photoshop crashes computer and logs me out of all chrome logins?

I'm trying to investigate if this is an issue with Adobe or my computer itself. Bascially whenever I launch Premiere Pro, especially when I have Photoshop opened as well, the whole computer starts lagging, all of the other background apps crash and computer goes black screen and comes back. Occasionally it will also log me out of all the chrome logins (youtube, twitch, LastPass extension, twitter...) so it's very weird. This hasn't happened outside of using Adobe apps, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC and all of the apps (I kept preference), but it only worked for the first time opening, now it's happening again. Need some eyes on this to see if it's a bug. Sometimes it also gives me error relating to "adobeipcbroker" as well.

Hi all, sorry for the late reply.

I will try these solutions again if it occurs again, but the solution for me was simply resetting my PC using Windows.(kept files, not a complete reset). This solves my problem so I assume it has nothing to do with RAM/Hard Drive, more of a software error.

Hi @default27922099jf1th3,

Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forums. @MyerPj's suggestion is a good one. If that doesn't work, you can also try logging out and back in to your CC account. Based on the error you posted, you may also find some of the solutions here worth a try.  Let us know if any of that helps.

Start PP with the normal desktop icon, and select the options you would be OK with, like resetting the preferences, clear cache, etc.

I just tried both, PP then PS, and in PP dropped in a PS file. Then quit and loaded PS first then PP and all was well.

Did you upgrade your nvidia driver? I'm on 576.80 - STUDIO driver only (always)

Similar setup as yours
