Opening projects issue

Hey! Every time I open any Premiere Pro project, my computer freezes and the mouse starts loading indefinitely. The only solution I've found now is to clear Premiere's cache when it launches, which can take a long time to charge depending on the size of the project.

Working on the last version of Premiere CC2022 (this was also happening with CC2021 version) on a MacPro late 2013.

Does anyone have a solution please? Thanks!!!

MacPro 3,5Ghz 6 core Intel Xeon E5

64GB RAM DDR3

AMD FirePro D700 6GB (x2)

Working on two portable SSDs in USB3:

Samsung T5 2TB (1,16TB available) -> Footage & project

Samsung 860 EVO 500GB (390GB available) -> Auto-save projects & Preview render
