optical flow smudges frames in after effects/premier problem

Question

so i follow the youtube videos, about slowing down videos, changing velocity, and getting a higher frame rate

all these videos have something in comon which is adding optical follow to blend the video frames well togther

the thing is when i use optical flow for some odd reason i end up getting a smudged frames...

the bottom picture is a good example.... i tried to convert the 23 fps video to 60 fps

this gives me these weird smudges for the frames it tries to guess and not clean ones, this is really annoying

Optical Flow isn't perfect. In this case, you won't be able to use it.
