OSX Premiere Pro 23.5 crashes when playing captured video clips with Ultrastudio 4K mini connected.

Bug: Frequent crashing when attempting to play or edit video clips captured by same 23.5 Premiere system with Ultrastudio 4K mini Video unit connected. Crashing does not occur with PP 2022 vers22.5.

Version: Adobe Premiere 2023 23.5 

Platform: OSX Ventura 13.4 using Rosetta mode, M2 Macmini Pro 32 GB Ram,  Ultrastudio 4K Mini, Desktop video 12.4.2.

Steps to reproduce: Capture PAL 720x576 clips from video tape via SDI Ultrastudio 4K mini. Capture settings are  625i50 PAL 4x3 Uncompressed 10-bit 4:2:2. Double click clip in project and play in viewer and edit. Crash can occur when: simply opening clip, scrolling quickly through clip with mouse or when editing and playing clip in time line. Sometimes happens instantly - sometimes takes a while.
