Overheating Issues on macbook m1 pro with Premeire pro latest update

I am using macbook 14" m1 pro model for editing videos, while running the premiere pro, my system heats upto 85 degrees to 89 degrees celcius, it shows that premiere pro consumes around 119% of energy, is it normal, because it scares me everytime about hardware failure.

Even my whole system starts lagging just because of premiere pro. Adobe is there anything you guys can do it help this out?
