Overwrite Issue

Overwrite button brings video clip only in the timeline, not brings audio link with that clip.  How to fix it?

Thanks for posting that screen recording. You need to use what's called "Source Patching" on your audio tracks so the Timeline knows that you want to bring audio in and onto which track. On the far left of your track header you'll see that "V1" is selected and is blue, but the "A1" right below it isn't; click this instance of "A1" to let Premiere know you want to bring your audio in.

If you want your audio to appear on one track lower, you can drag the "A1" down to Track 2. Note, this button is different than the "V1" and "A1/A2" buttons directly to the right—those are for Track Targeting.
