Pan transition between two clips

Hi there,

I'm looking to add a transition between two clips where the shot pans over into the next shot so that the person is at the centre.

Below is two screenshots, please note the effects controls panel and position number is 318 and 518 while the second shot is 901 and 518, I basically want to pan from 318 to 901 so that the bartender is in the centre of the screen.

Please can anybody help?
