Panasonic s5 prores raw on windows

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out if premiere pro on windows supports ISO and white balance adjustmet on prores raw from the Panasonic's s5 + ninja v footage.

If I'm not mistaken those are available on Macos and final cut?!
