Hello guys, I need help with a paragraph in a premiere pro video i'm making, my paragraph stays one line , how do i size it to make it multiple lines, mind you my video is vertical

Alternatively, if you just click to create an auto-width text frame, then you just use Enter key on the keyboard to make a new line of text.

Hi,

If you're talking about adding text with the Type tool, then you can create a text frame with click-and-drag and then text will wrap into a new line automatically when you add more text.
