pb avec les fichier partagé

Bonjour,

j'utilise creative cloud pour la 1ere fois, je dois utiliser un fichier qui m'est partagé mais celui ci reste grisé et inutlisable, pourtant je le vois dans la fenetre partagé. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé mais ça persiste...

Thx for your answer, it’s just because I should have opened the project (premiere) with the software with "open a shared project" not with the creative cloud window.

Which Adobe application was the file created in and which Adobe application are you trying to open it in? It would help if you make your extensions visible.
