PC for Editing RED Footage

Hello,

I’m looking to build/buy a new PC to edit 4K/5K RED footage (documentary features mainly).

Ideally I’d like to be able to work at 1/1 debayer, but I’m guessing this might go past my relatively meagre budget, so 1/2 could be okay. I’d like to be able to see the footage as it is, and without any choppiness, i.e. being able to see any imperfections in case they are an issue - would 1/2 suffice?
