PC freezes while working in Premiere Pro with reloading video drivers

I encountered the following problem - when working in Premiere Pro (especially when there are many elements in the project), the PC may freeze for several seconds (about 10), then the video card drivers seem to reboot, after which the preview image disappears in all programs (Premier Pro , browser, telegram). There are suspicions about the processor, perhaps it is weak (Ryzen 5 2600).
