Permier Pro Rending now places crazy colors on the output file

Hello everyone - I think this may be down to user error but I'm not sure what happend. 🙂

 

I have a master title downloaded to premier pro which initially allowed me to reder to a video..... however, each time I now try and create the video, I get bars of colour across the output......

 

It plays ok in the program sequence....

 

Very strange....

 

Appreciate any help...

    Seems like there is an issue with encoding in Media Encoder with the WaterElement01.mp4.

    What version of Premiere Pro and Media Encoder are you on? Have you updated to the latest release?

    Master title download to Premiere: what does that mean?

    Downloaded a Morgt? from the net and imported this into Premiere?

    Update: It only happens when I output the file via Media Encoder..... Using Premier Pro, it works fine.
