I intend to create a "Slide Presentation" here in Premier Pro, my question is can I use 181 photos?

It is possible to see the actual photos in the time line?

Yes you can see all the 181 images in the timeline, but

Make sure the resolution is the same or slightly higher as the sequence settings.

Images of high resolution tends to slow down the program

So if you make them UDH size and drop them in a HD timeline you will have plenty of room to pan and zoom.
