Question

picture resizing and cropping

Hello everyone,

I'm a complete novice with Premiere Pro, and I want to use it for a UX User Case for my Behance portfolio.

I create my slides with Figma and export them as PNGs, but some of them have animations (micro-interactions, smart-animate). Currently, it's not possible to export the animated screens/slides as GIFs or videos. So, I decided to record my screen and use Premiere Pro to resize, cut (in and out), and export as an animated GIF. I would like to know how to crop and resize an image in Premiere Pro so that it has the same dimensions as my other slides (3840 x 2160 px). If this is possible, could you please guide me on how to do it, as I can't seem to find it.

Thank you.

Create a new sequence 3840 x 2160 px.

Then import your photos and use the Motion Properties in the Effects Control Panel to adjust the size and position if necessary.

Depending upon how you do the screen capture, you may need to transcode if Variable Frame Rate:
Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
