Pitch Shifter - audio out of sync on export

I'm using Pitch Shifter on a few pieces of audio. Everything plays back fine in the timeline. When I export, the audio that is pitch shifted is out of sync. Settings are 30fps, 44Khz in both sequence settings and export. I can't figure this out. help. thanks!
