Play back issues

Good Morning,
For about a year my preimere pro worked perfectly but for the past 3 weeks or so I've been running into an issue with playback that none of the regular fixes or optimizations have been able to resolve. I have a fully rendered project with two audio tracks that whenever I press space in order to start playback nothing happens at all. In order to begin playback I have to move my timeline to somewhere else in the video, wait for the preview image to load which can take up to a minute and then press space or drag the timeline to where I actually want to edit. Even doing this often times the audio will cut out while the playback is going and I have to stop it and wait for it to update the image like before again. If I ripple delete or try to make changes to any effects while I'm waiting for the preview image to update it doesn't register these changes at all either. Below is a list of things I've tried to resolve this (I might forget a few because it's been a lot

-Rendered whole project
-Made sure CUDA is enabled
-Allocated as much ram as I could (26gb)
-trashed preferences
-resinstalled adobe fresh
-made a new project
-cleared media cache
-turned off auto saves
-Turned off audio input
-Turned off Mecury Transmit
-Attempted using Proxies
-lowered playback quality as low as it could go
- Changed playback key binding
Any help would be appreacated since having to stop editing after 30 seconds of playback and waiting a minute every time really hinders my editing.

Guess I'm just SOL, time to cancel my adobe subscription since they can't even make a working product anymore

Is it OK if you use a single monitor?

Fully uplugged my second monitor and it's the same behavior on just the single monitor too

Try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver)

I have the audio hardware input set to none and installed the newest studio driver and it still has the same result, I've found a third thing that makes the issue occur which is clicking on my second monitor and then when I go back to preimere it has to do the same 30sec-1min loading of the preview.

I uploaded an unlisted youtube video showcasing the issue as well

Try this: unselect all in the timeline, so Effect Controls is empty, then hit play.

I just tried it and it still has the same result, I tried both space bar and the play button on the preview itself and neither would start it until it updated the preview frame about 30 seconds later
