Play issues Fast speed and interruption

Hi there comuunity.

I use adobe premiere like for some 2 years and till now no problem at all. Yesterday I open it again to continue working on a editing video and suddenly the playback is fast speed and with interruptions. 

Why from one day to another I got this issue? My premiere was working just perfect for the last years.

some help please! I know my computer has enough power to work because I never had this problem before.
