Playback glitch trouble

Hi, guys. I've problem with newest versions of Premiere. I've RTX 3080 and Ryzen 9 5900X CPU, have problem with editing. Video in preview showing with glitches. How can I fix this problem? In video player everything is ok, but in Premiere it's glitches sometimes. Thanks for attention.

Sorry for the trouble. What's the source of the media files? Could you let us know the exact version of your GPU driver?

It's seems like problem with H264 MP4 files

Legend

If transcoding does not help with any encoder, then most likely you have defective files.

My guess is you have something wrong with the video card. Reinstall the driver for the video card.

Videocard drivers newest on both devices (laptop and PC)

The same things happened on my Laptop (GTX 1060, Intel Core i5). It started after update to Premiere 2020 and still with me.
