Playback Issues with Adobe Premiere Pro (13.1)_03

Yes this has to be sorted out now, it's werry streange when so manny have problems that sitting with computers that this chould be a pice of cake get up running. It has to be some graphic card issue or something? I have had now trubel since i role back to the older version. But it would be nice to update and test out the knew things that is added.

Please Adobe team , get on the case and give us some info of how long it going to take to problemsolve.
