Playback Monitor not working in Premiere Pro

I'm having an issue with playback now showing in my external monitor.  My external monitor is a broadcast grade sdi 4K monitor.  The image is being send via an AJA T Tap via lightning cable from my Mac Studio and then sdi out from the T Tap to the monitor.

 

I checked my playback settings and the Mercury setting is on along with the monitor.  Other projects have no issue with the playback on the monitor but this one project does.  I've tried loading the project on different machines with an external monitor and still the same problem.

 

Is there an additional setting I'm missing?

Are the sequence settings the same as the working projects?

I read your message. Weird problem. What happens if you copy/paste the items into a new sequence? Any luck? If not, what happens if you import the existing project into a new project. Does it work then? Let us know.
