playback needs long to start

Hi guys

Premiere Pro runs smoothly and without any problems, except when I drag and drop files from my Windows Explorer into Premiere Pro. Or when I'm looking for something on youtube and so on.

you can say that as soon as premiere pro is an inactive window and i make it the active window again and i want to start the playback, it takes a very long time for it to start. It doesn't lag or run sluggishly.

can anyone help me
