Playback screen is black and sometimes turn red when I pause it.

No I have no clue what happened but after I finished recording in OBS I went to drag my video in Adobe Premiere I've got the latest update I've got the V1 checked the A1 and A2 checked so everything should show up right it doesn't only the audio gets Dragged In so then I decided to change the end tag from .Mov too .MP4 this worked but now my screen is black and sometimes turns red when I pause it so I need some help

Can you elaborate? Maybe post a screenshot or two? Also, changing the file extension is a pretty big no-no. If it was MOV, it needs to say MOV. If you want to make it a MP4, you need to rewrap or reencode it into the MP4 container.

I have a copy before I changed it to MP4 just in case it screwed up so I guess that's fine I don't know how much more I can elaborate I mean it's just black. When it was in the original .Mov format whenever I dragged it on to the timeline even with V1 checked so I made sure I could see it all it dragged over was audio every single time and it said something about an HEVC encoder that I had gotten after dragging that video to timeline and the audio shows up green instead of blue like it used to any other video seems to be fine but I don't know what happened with this one I haven't really done anything different.
