Playback speed too fast when switched audio hardware to MME

So I recently hooked up a Fiio e10K to my pc and when opening premiere my playback speed is sped up with no way to slow it down. I searched and found that audio hardware can cause this issue in Premiere. If I switch back to ASIO it wont recognise the external DAC, so I'm stuck switching between onboard audio or trying to edit with playback X4. I've tried to search for resolutions but couldn't find this exact issue so figured I'd post for help here. I essentially need a way to get my DAC recognized under ASIO or figure out a way for playback to normalize in MME mode.

All video drivers and Bios are all up to date.
