Playback stops in Premiere Pro 23.6

Sometimes playback stops suddenly in Premiere Pro 23.6  Application running and I can fortunately save my project but I must restart app to fix it I work on Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2 on Mac Studio Max

    Same ... on a PC ... just stops playback and video output, but will still save and quit.. Only lasts a few minutes before I have to re-start

      I have the same issue. I can barely use it at all now!! I have a Macbook 2021 with 32GB Ram and an M1 Max chip, and absolutely should not have lagging and stuttering video as well as the video going black all the time. Adobe support, please advise...thanks.
