PLAYBACK VIDEO ISSUE - Color distortion

Has anyone ever had this issue on the Playback (i.e Program) window?

When exporting a frame or the video itself, the distortion doesn't appear so it's just a playback issue. Any way to fix it would be greatly appreciated. I already tried to restart Premiere.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 v14

MacOs Catalina v10.15.1

I'm getting the same effect. Not only on a still frame, but during playback and the distortion remains on the file after I render it out. I'm on a brand new 16" MBP running Catalina using the AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB processor.

This seemed to resolve the issue:

If updating the device driver does not work, try changing the video rendering settings as follows:

File > Project Settings > General > Video Rendering and Playback > Mercury Playback Engine Software Only
