playhead is misaligned

Hi Guys,

on the far left everything is still normal, but the further I move my playhead to the right, the more the line and playhead are apart. This is extremely annoying especially when you have to cut syncron.

I have already reinstalled Premiere, googled all settings, etc. nothing helped.

At first I thought that it might be because of my screen because it is curved, but the same problem can be observed on normal screens.
