playhead is moving when I scroll mouse wheel on program monitor

I don't need that. How to dissable it? it hapens only when program monitor is selected

There's a couple of options from Preferences\Timeline, might slightly alter the default behaviour, but you'll need to not scroll over the program monitor to totally get the results you want.

That is default behaviour.

It also does it when PM is not selected.

Why do you want to scroll the PM other then going through the timeline.
