Please help delete sequence

i just renewed my Premiere Pro subscription, but when I try to import my project file, it gets completely stuck on 'Connecting to Dynamic Link server...'. The progress bar is freezing and nothing happens. The project file size is 202 KB. How can I fix this link issue to load my sequence?

UPDATE:

I have already tried everything. I attempted to import the project file into a brand new, empty project, and I also checked every single Auto-Save file. Every time I manage to load a file, the specific sequence I need is completely missing—the projects are just empty. I also checked Team Projects, but the sequence isn't there either.

Since I just renewed my subscription and this looks like a major cloud/server sync glitch, is it possible that Adobe stores a backup of this sequence or project history on your servers? Can you check it from your end? I desperately need to recover this sequence.

Are all Adobe apps up to date?

Yes, I just double-checked in the Creative Cloud app. Premiere Pro and all other related Adobe apps are fully updated to the latest versions.

However, my main issue right now isn't just the Dynamic Link freeze, but that my entire sequence has completely disappeared. When I try to open any of my recent Auto-Save files or even check Team Projects, the projects load up totally empty—the sequence I spent hours working on is nowhere to be found.

Could this be a server-side sync issue tied to my recent subscription renewal? Is there any way Adobe support can check if a cloud backup or project history exists on your servers?
