Installing a program on a disk other than the boot drive (C:\) is imo bad practice.

It should not even be offered.

When you say ‘all data’ are you referring to the Adobe Program, like the files in Program Files\Adobe…

If so, note that it is not something you can do successfully. You need to run the install / Setup program to install a software like PP. So, that means you need to use ‘Creative Cloud’ to install and before you do, you need to use File/Preference in Creative Cloud to set the location.

As others have noted, it’s a really bad idea to install to a non default location on the C: drive.

Keep in mind that if your C drive is low on free space, it may affect performance. It is necessary to have sufficient space for temp and system files, as well as Windows updates.

As @Mohammad.Harb writes a reinstall shall fix it, but beware that changing the default location to a non-default location often causes troubles later on. Free up some space on the default drive or get a bigger one is the best way to go, always.

Reinstall the App, change the destination during the installation process.
